minuti (damaged), del di ventisei del corrente mese, nella casa posta in (damaged) L(t?)udi al numero senza, da Travaglia Maria Luigia (damaged), seco lui convivente
e nato un bambino di sesso naschile cheegli mi presenta, e a cui a datoil nome di Serafino
A quanto sopra e a questo atto sono stati presenti quali testimoni Peregra(?) Gio (damaged) di anni vanguintaseo civile e Lorrado Saverio, di anni (damaged) entrambi residenti in questo Comune.
